Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Membership Relations role at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. You will market the club directly to prospective members and nurture ongoing relationships to drive retention and growth.

You’ll help onboard new members, coordinate lifestyle content and social offerings, and work with food & beverage to plan events, contracts, and calendars while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service.
• One year of golf course/private club related work experience is preferred; exceptional performers considered.

Responsibilities

• Markets club through direct client contact to maximize membership.
• Maintains ongoing relationship with members to support retention and growth.
• Onboards new members and supports lifestyle content & social programming.
• Collaborates with F&B to manage event sheets, contracts, and calendars; supports event execution.
