Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Member Events Coordinator for Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. The role focuses on developing and executing member onboarding, lifestyle programming, and event logistics to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

You will partner with the Food & Beverage team to manage function sheets, event files, contracts, and floor plans, and you’ll support retention strategies and cross-channel communications for members and guests.

Qualifications

One year of golf course/private club related work experience is preferred.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

Markets the club through direct client contact to maximize membership.
Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding.
Develops and executes the Club's Lifestyle Content & Social offerings with a unified calendar for Members & Guests.
Collaborates with the Food & Beverage department to create function sheets and event files (contracts, P&L forecasts, floor plans).
Attends events to ensure proper execution and supports programming to increase Golf Rounds, Member Visits, F&B Revenue and Member Satisfaction.
Implements a Member communication plan (phone, greetings, weekly e-blasts, monthly calendars, website updates, social media, posters).
