SPENGA Ballston is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk associate to warmly welcome members and support daily studio operations. You will sell memberships and retail, maintain the workspace, and help guests feel at home while they begin their fitness journey.

Ideal candidates bring a background in customer service or sales, strong communication, and a willingness to learn SPENGA's unique fitness philosophy. Evening/weekend shifts required; flexible schedule and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Strong motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin, or yoga a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain clean facility.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, emotionally intelligent, & able to connect with people. You’re the first impression of our studio, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals. Evening/Weekends available. Minimum 2-3 shifts/week required. Hours needed are 4:30p-8:30pm M-Th, Saturday 7:30a-12pm, Sunday 8:30a-1:00p
