Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Member Relations Coordinator at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX. You will be the primary contact for members, handling onboarding, records, and inquiries, while coordinating events with golf and dining teams.

Responsibilities include member communications, scheduling tours, tracking engagement, and reporting feedback to shape programming. Weekend/evening availability and a passion for hospitality are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in member services, hospitality, customer service, or related field (private club or golf industry a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and events at once.
• Familiarity with membership management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective members, in person, by phone, and by email.
• Manage the new member onboarding process, including welcome communications, orientation, and account setup.
• Maintain accurate member records and membership database, including billing, renewals, and status changes.
• Plan and coordinate member events, clinics, socials, and appreciation functions in partnership with the golf and F&B teams.
• Track member engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Support membership sales efforts by fielding inquiries, scheduling tours, and following up with leads.
• Assist in producing member communications, including newsletters, event invitations, and Club updates.
• Collect and report on member feedback to help shape Club programming and service standards.
• Coordinate with golf operations, dining, and events departments to ensure a seamless member experience across all touchpoints.
• Uphold the Club’s brand standards and hospitality culture in every member interaction.
