Statesville Family YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Representative in Statesville, NC. The role focuses on welcoming members, guiding tours, and promoting YMCA programs to increase engagement and retention.

You will process IDs, respond to inquiries, and support wellness staff with new member orientations. The position requires 18+ years old, strong customer service, and effective communication skills; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Associate degree or two years related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a desire to be helpful to others.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of shift.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen administration or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Other YMCA-required training and certifications, as applicable.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist members and guests professionally.
• Explain membership benefits and YMCA programs.
• Process new member IDs and register for services.
• Respond to phone inquiries using YMCA best practices.
• Assist with orientation for new members with wellness staff.
• Address complaints courteously and resolve issues.
• Support the Annual Giving Campaign as directed.
• Know the facility’s emergency procedures and act as control center during emergencies.
• Manage or support DAXKO reports as needed.
