Desjardins Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Member/Client Advisor at Caisse Desjardins des Îles-de-la-Madeleine in L'Étang-du-Nord. You will advise members on banking transactions, promote Desjardins products, and act as an ambassador for digital solutions while guiding clients to use tools safely.

You will support transactions, develop relationships, and help resolve fraud or irregularities through the appropriate channels, contributing to strong customer experiences and loyalty.
