Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a temporary member/client service agent with sales responsibilities for 12 months in the United States. You will assist members and clients, understand needs, and help sell specialized products through multiple channels while preserving service quality.

You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, close sales when appropriate, and contribute to relationship development. French knowledge is required; a trade school diploma and at least one year of experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• French language knowledge is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients, listen to their needs, handle their requests and answer their questions.
• Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on independence and automation; help close sales and process transactions.
• Take phone calls, handle information requests and forward them to the right person.
• Seize business opportunities and help increase sales through solicitation.
