Local Government Federal Credit Union is seeking a Civic Advisor who will provide superior member experiences by offering digital options, processing transactions accurately, and guiding members toward suitable financial solutions. You will be a frontline touchpoint for members and staff, embodying the credit union’s values and policies while fostering an inclusive environment.

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Notary Public in North Carolina, or ability to achieve in the first 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional member service with personalized solutions and exceed expectations.
• Build relationships with current and prospective members to improve financial well-being.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Process member transactions accurately and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Educate members on digital solutions and self-service options.
• Assist with opening deposit and loan accounts and refer to lending as needed.
