UNCLE Credit Union in Livermore, CA is seeking an on-site, member-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.

The role handles in-bound interactions and helps members with banking products, digital tools, and account inquiries while meeting service and referral goals.

Employment is full-time with a competitive hourly wage of $23 to $27, DOE, with potential Spanish language premium.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months+ banking, credit union, financial services, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to use multiple computer systems and applications.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members through in-bound, phone, chat, and email interactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and service requests.
• Meet service, quality, and referral goals.
• Document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding member experience.
