• Notary Public in NC, or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member service and accurate processing of transactions.
• Assist Civic Manager with day-to-day branch operations and opening of accounts.
• Educate members on products and digital solutions.
• Maintain branch vault and cash handling accuracy.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and escalate issues when needed.
