Communication Federal Credit Union in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient service and processing teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and build relationships with members.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a financial or customer service setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years' experience with financial institution or in customer service environment required.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
