Job summary

A leading credit union in Oklahoma is seeking an entry-level employee to process transactions and build relationships with members. The role includes tasks such as processing teller transactions, cross-selling products, and working towards branch goals. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer service. The position also offers a $1,000 welcome bonus, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution or retail customer service/sales environment.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as the front-line contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience.
• Work Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
