Serendipity Labs is seeking an Experience Coordinator to welcome members and guests, manage front desk needs, and support event setup and light marketing activities. The role emphasizes hospitality, daily operations, and a proactive approach to member satisfaction in a fast-paced lab environment.

You will open/close the lab, handle inquiries, stock and maintain areas, assist with meetings and events, and help build a community around our brand.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the lab at reception and assist with requests.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain lab appearance and assist with meetings, events, and catering as needed.
• Coordinate and support lab operations to ensure brand standards are met.
• Engage with members and the local community to foster a welcoming environment.
