Responsibilities

• Provide Front Desk and Member Support during business hours, greeting members and guests and managing the front desk.
• Oversee mail services, onboarding, and welcome kits for new members.
• Support operations to maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional space.
• Assist with event planning, communications, and creating moments of delight for members.
