Kiln is seeking a Community Manager for its Manhattan Beach location to curate a vibrant member community and lead a small local team. You will foster connections, recruit and develop staff, and ensure every Kiln interaction reflects our elevated lifestyle.

You will drive membership growth, organize events, and collaborate with partners to deliver seamless experiences, outstanding service, and measurable results for the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Hospitality Management.
• Strong local network in Manhattan Beach and surrounding area.
• Experience leading a team of more than two people.
• Proven cold-outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create & Cultivate Community by designing events and member introductions.
• Drive Sales & Growth through memberships and events.
• Manage Operations to ensure a frictionless member experience.
• Develop & Lead Team and mentor staff.
• Engage in Local Community events and partnerships.
• Oversee Events calendar with educational and lead-generating programming.
