Job summary

STCU in Idaho is seeking a Member Consultant to create exceptional in-person experiences for current and prospective members across our retail locations. You will interview at origination, service accounts, and handle transactions, while identifying opportunities to grow relationships and position STCU as the preferred financial partner.

The role requires at least two years in teller or service roles, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect membership information and perform transactions with accuracy per policies.
• Originate and expand member relationships through in-depth financial reviews.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and uphold the Here for Good brand promise.
• Meet branch goals and promote ancillary products.
• Travel to other STCU locations as needed.
