Job summary

STCU is a leading credit union focused on member financial goals and community impact. The Member Consultant role provides in-person experiences at our retail locations, expanding relationships through personalized interviews and account maintenance.

You will identify opportunities to cross-sell products, protect member data, and deliver accurate service with strong standards. This role requires at least two years in teller/new accounts or related service, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of our membership; perform transactions with high accuracy.
• Originate and expand member relationships by reviewing financial positions and recommending products.
• Exceed service expectations by creating unparalleled member experiences and resolving issues.
