Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Champlin, MN. You will manage member accounts, educate on programs and events, and engage guests to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key duties include handling inquiries, supporting sales and retention, and resolving issues with a hospitality mindset. Requires strong multitasking and friendly demeanor; HS diploma is required; retention certification expected within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; act as first contact at the resort.
• Educate on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Handle account maintenance, changes, and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Resolve member questions with appropriate tools.
