Job summary

Life Time in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member engagement. You will pursue hospitality certifications to map a personal career progression and build a customized succession plan.

In this front-line role you will welcome members, handle a variety of transactions, and educate guests on programs, events, and pricing while delivering friendly, first-class service in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking and delivering high quality customer service.
• Able to stand for 4 hours in a fast-paced environment and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Hospitality degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
