Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at the Chandler club. You will be the friendly face greeting members, guiding them on memberships and training options, and keeping the club clean and inviting.

In this role, you will help members feel valued and motivated, support upgrades and personal training sales, and contribute to a welcoming community. A positive, energetic attitude and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
