Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Concierge Specialist to engage with members in a contact center setting. You will perform needs-based consultative selling, educate members on products, and establish lasting relationships through the RM program.

The role requires knowledge of lending and deposit products, and the ability to navigate Symitar, Word, and Excel. A flexible schedule including Saturdays may be required, with strong cross-sell potential and room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of call center experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
• Must be flexible to work Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Knowledge of lending products, deposit products, and interest rates; interviewing and telemarketing techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge of Symitar, Word, Excel; ability to understand iOS/Android platforms for mobile app setup.
• Intermediate mathematical skills (decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Engage new members through needs-based consultative selling in a contact center environment.
• Contact new members via outbound calling on Xpress Accounts and Relationship Management lists, establishing and maintaining relationships through the RM program.
• Educate and engage members on American Heritage Credit Union products and services.
• Determine and recommend products that best fit members' needs to improve cross-sell effectiveness.
• Assist in the technical and functional setup and initial member usage of the product.
