Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Concierge Specialist for its Contact Center. You will engage members via phone and other channels, perform needs-based consultative selling, and help establish lasting relationships through the RM Program.

You will educate members on credit union products, recommend suitable services, and support setup and initial usage of new tools. Role requires knowledge of lending/deposit products, telemarketing, and intermediate skills in Symitar, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
• Must be flexible and available to work Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Knowledge of lending products, deposit products, and interest rates.
• Knowledge of interviewing skills and telemarketing techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge of Symitar, Word, Excel; ability to understand IOS/Android platforms for mobile app setup.
• Intermediate mathematical skills (decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Engage new American Heritage members through needs-based consultative selling in a contact center.

• Educate members on AHCU products and services and recommend offerings that fit their needs.
• Assist in technical and functional setup and initial user adoption of the product.

American Heritage Credit Union, a $5+ billion credit union has immediate openings available in our Contact Center! This position provides information concerning the credit union and its services to the membership via phone and other forms of correspondence.

DUTIES

The Concierge Specialist will engage new American Heritage members through needs based consultative selling in a contact center environment. This position will contact new members through outbound calling on Xpress Accounts and Relationship Management lists which will also lead to establishing and maintaining relationship through the RM Program. Educate and engage members on AMHCUs products and services. Through needs based questions, the Concierge Representatives will determine and recommend products and services that best fit the member's needs, resulting in cross selling effectiveness. This position will aid in the technical and functional setup and initial member usage of the product.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Work requires intermediate working knowledge of Symitar, Word, Excel. Ability to understand IOS, Android Platforms for set up of mobile applications.
• Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
