Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Contact Center Service Specialist experienced in member services, including opening and closing accounts, debit card orders, and processing inquiries.

You will identify member needs, resolve issues, and actively cross-sell products while educating members about IRA offerings. Bilingual Spanish preferred, with a focus on security and accurate information.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a member/customer facing environment.
• Experience in a financial institution call center or branch preferred.
• Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for member service functions performed accurately and professionally.
• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Identify member concerns to expedite resolutions and provide excellent member experience.
• Educate and refer Credit Union products and services to meet financial needs.
• Assist with inbound requests via Live Chat and other channels as needed.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services and provide IRA product understanding.
