Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union Feasterville seeks a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor to deliver premier service to members, clients, and associates. You will engage with existing and prospective members using a consultative approach to identify financial needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities include processing account and loan requests, using data tools to analyze engagement, and connecting members with SMEs through SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financing options.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Full-time position – Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance.
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests including applications, booking, and disbursement, and file maintenance.
• Utilize sales tracking systems and data warehouses to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
