Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, handle check-ins, and assist with club software and inquiries. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and support daily operations.

You will also sell retail items, schedule services, and assist management on events. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be eligible to work in the United States; CPR certification is required where applicable and experience with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
CPR certification as required by local/state laws.
Experience working with children preferred or required as per position.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a smile and communicate effectively.
Check in members and guests following company procedures.
Facilitate messages and inquiries on club software at check-in.
Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
Inform members of special events and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with member requests or escalate to a manager as needed.
Sell retail products and schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
Ensure payment processing for member services is handled properly.
Maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules.
