Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate in Fort Worth, Texas to deliver EPIC hospitality to members and guests. You will check in members, route inquiries, answer phones, and help direct guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.

This role includes stock management for the ProShop, POS handling, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club entrance. The position requires excellent English communication, a high school diploma, and prior hospitality/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with EPIC hospitality.
• Check-in and register guests; answer phones with proper Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Assist with pro shop sales and merchandising; maintain organized retail area.
• Keep front desk and entryway neat, clean, and organized; complete opening/closing duties.
• Report incidents; uphold club policies and promote a welcoming environment.
