Responsibilities

• Become expert on Lakeshore’s programs, services, and member experience.
• Build relationships with department leaders to learn club operations.
• Write and edit member communications that are friendly and helpful.
• Review AI-generated email responses and align them with the Lakeshore voice.
• Organize information for consistent, accurate member answers.
• Test new communication workflows and suggest improvements.
• Spend time across the club learning about programs, events, and member interactions.
• Ensure every member communication reflects Lakeshore hospitality.
