Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness in Lincoln Park is seeking a Community & Guest Experience Lead to energize the club, welcome guests, and drive membership through local partnerships and events. You will own guest interactions from arrival to tour, while aligning with marketing efforts to deliver memorable experiences.

You’ll collaborate on adult events, nurture relationships with the neighborhood, and coordinate friendly, proactive communication with members and leads. Weekend presence is required.

Qualifications

• Person who can generate ideas for local campaigns and bring energy to public-facing roles.
• Ability to build relationships with neighbors and local businesses.
• Strong front-desk hospitality and guest interaction skills.
• Experience or comfort with planning adult-focused events and programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute guerrilla marketing ideas to generate leads and memberships.
• Cultivate neighborhood partnerships to raise awareness and attract new guests.

Front desk + customer experience

• Lead with hospitality at the front desk—friendly, fast, and welcoming
• Coach and support the team to ensure strong service every time
• Own follow-up on questions, tours, leads, and guest needs
• Step in to help resolve issues quickly and positively

Adult events + programming support

• Help promote and support adult events that attract the right audience
• Support guest flow and the overall event experience
• Capture opportunities and leads before and after events
