Job summary

Bay Padel is seeking an Operations Associate to join our growing South Bay team (Sunnyvale, San Jose). This front-desk role is the first point of contact for members and guests and oversees club presentation, inventory, and daily operations.

You will help manage member accounts, bookings, POS transactions via PlayByPoint, and ensure a welcoming, well-run environment. Availability of at least 16 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• Available at least 16 hours per week.
• Conversational English.
• Based in the Bay Area.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Bonus: experience in sales or the sports industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk contact for members and guests.
• Create a welcoming, professional environment and manage bookings and POS transactions.
• Maintain club presentation, inventory, and smooth daily operations.
• Support events, setup/breakdown, and real-time operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and member experience.
