Houston Texas Fire Fighters FCU is seeking energetic Call Center Members Service Representatives to assist members with product installations and technical support. You will be the first point of contact for product issues and must provide friendly, accurate service by phone or in writing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in a financial institution, with strong knowledge of credit union products, excellent phone skills, and dependable teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls promptly and greet members warmly by phone.
• Build an engaging relationship and provide services and information by phone or in writing.
• Research and resolve routine member questions and concerns with accuracy and follow-up.
• Process telephone stop payments and monetary transactions; assist with remote access.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services and assist with basic loan questions.
