Wings Credit Union seeks a Float Universal Banker to support members across branches in and around the Twin Cities, plus the National Contact Center and Personal Teller Center. You will open and manage accounts, educate members about products, and build lasting relationships while cross-selling services.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:45am–5:15pm, every other Sat 8:45am–1:15pm. Local travel in the Minneapolis–St Paul metro is required; strong sales and service focus essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1 year of member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member's financial position preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and office equipment; comfortable with self-service tech.
• MLO qualification process knowledge; willingness to obtain required credentials.
• Bondable and trustworthy with financial information.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with opening accounts, service requests, and credit applications.
• Educate members on features and benefits, cross-sell and refer loans, deposits, and fees.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative questions and active listening.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups for engagement.
• Refer to financial experts when needed (e.g., mortgage advisors).
• Resolve moderately complex member issues with collaboration across departments.
• Exceed established sales goals and support diverse community events.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to protect members' assets and privacy.
