Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of prior financial experience in a consultative, member-facing role is required.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in enhancing member education, supporting financial growth, and promoting overall financial well-being.
• The MEO certification program curriculum must be completed and passed within 12 months of position acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-branch member service interactions.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and guidance to members.
• Assist the Assistant Manager with training, staff development, and branch operations oversight.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate transactional records.
• Process new member accounts and loans across all product types with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support referral activities to grow member relationships.
