Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Up to 6 months of customer-facing or transactional experience
• Preferred: higher education and >6 months in member service, lending, or call center in a financial institution

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically support referrals and sales/service culture in every member interaction
• Provide efficient, prompt, and accurate service handling financial and service requests
• Escort members through delivery channels such as home banking, mobile deposit, online applications, and ITMs
• Handle cash, including large amounts, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Assist members with opening all account types and preparing applications
• Educate members about Belco products and services and cross-sell to meet needs
• Assist with steps of the loan process under guidance
• Maintain records of sales tracking via Synapsys and Lobby Tracker
• Keep current knowledge of Federal and State compliance laws and Belco policies
• Demonstrate Belco's mission and Brand, participate in community events
• Work as part of a cohesive team and communicate effectively
• Represent Belco professionally to members and the public
