Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to support branch teams and build member relationships in Seabrook, TX. You will help members with accounts, loans, and investments, delivering outstanding service while meeting sales targets and adhering to Wellby policies.

In this role you’ll welcome guests, open new accounts, process transactions, and refer solutions to fit members’ financial goals, all while protecting sensitive information and maintaining branch security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience.
• IRA and MOD experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Bondable

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and support to branch staff; open new accounts and process transactions.
• Identify member needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Promote online banking and mobile solutions.
• Meet sales targets and support branch goals.
• Maintain security and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and internal procedures.
• Assist tellers and cover branches as needed.
