Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Teller to process member transactions, educate customers about banking services, and promote Wellby products. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while delivering exceptional service and maintaining security and accuracy in daily operations.

The role supports other branches as needed and requires adherence to branch policies and compliance with banking regulations. Past cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to embody Wellby Core Values daily.
• Provide excellent member service and a welcoming experience.
• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification.
• Accept deposits and confirm transaction accuracy.
• Enter transactions in the bank system and provide receipts.
• Balance cash drawers at end of shifts.
• Maintain vault security and confidentiality of records.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act procedures and Wellby policies.
