Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to support branch colleagues and build lasting member relationships. You will identify financial needs, open accounts, offer loan options, and help members with investments while delivering excellent service.

In this role you will work with teammates to follow policy and procedures, meet sales targets, and promote Wellby's products and services. The position may require occasional teller duties and staying compliant with security and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in member service, financial services, or bank teller.
• IRA and MOD experience preferred.
• Bondable.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account maintenance.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and meet sales targets.
• Maintain branch security and adhere to procedures; handle vault duties if needed.
• Provide timely responses to member requests and support other team members.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Wellby policies and procedures.
