First Commonwealth FCU in Sinking Spring is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to assist members with basic transactions and to promote financial wellness. The role emphasizes empathetic service and building relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Servicing member’s basic transactional needs.
• Earn and maintain Financial Wellness Counselor certification to assist members in realizing their long-term financial goals.
• Utilize our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and develop appropriate credit solutions.
• Follow up on loan applications and ultimately closing loans.
• Keep current on FCFCU products and services.
• Utilize smartphones and tablets to demonstrate alternative banking channels including mobile and online banking.
• Maintain knowledge of fundamentals of lending, loan documentation and corresponding loan compliance (obtain NMLS license).
• Make appropriate referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialists.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve while handling member objections.

As a Part Time Member Experience Associate, you will be scheduled to work 25-29 hrs. per week. We provide a premium of $1 an hour in addition to the posted hourly rate to our part time associates.

Our financial center lobby hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday– 9:00am -5:00pm

Saturday - 9:00am – 1:00pm
