Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is hiring a Member Service Representative III to deliver world class member service at our branch/service centers in California. You will promote products, process transactions, and assist with savings and loan services while building lasting relationships with Members.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Notary License (or completion in process). DMV pull program participation may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships and processes transactions.
• Performs account-related tasks including savings, consumer loans, real estate loans, and related services.
• Delivers consultative services to Members by assessing needs and gaining agreement.
