Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Personal Banker to serve as a trusted ambassador of our core values. You will deliver prompt, courteous Member service by processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving account-related issues of moderate complexity.

In a consultative interview process, you’ll identify Members’ financial needs, recommend solutions, and support their goals. You’ll also engage in community events and help branch operations with established activities and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment.
• Consultative sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
• Read and review credit reports with members.
• Assist with fraud disputes.
• Host tables, participate in events, and attend Select Employer Group (SEG) events.
