Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment.
• Lending experience and experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
• Read and review credit reports with members.
• Assist with fraud disputes and regulatory training as assigned.
• Host tables, participate in events, and attend SEG events.
• Connect members with internal partners to solve problems.
• Maintain adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls.
