Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Personal Banker to provide exceptional member service, handle transactions, and resolve account-related issues of moderate complexity. You will engage with Members to identify financial needs, recommend solutions, and support their financial goals.

The role includes notary services, loan processing, and collaboration with internal partners to enhance Member experience. The position emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements, strong service mindset, and active participation

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and teamwork.
Experience in lending or fast‑paced, high‑volume environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members in line with UFCU values.
Respond to and resolve member needs and service requests.
Open consumer deposits and Certificates of Deposit accounts.
Read and review credit reports with members.
Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
Assess member needs and refer to appropriate business partners.
Provide notary and safe deposit box services.
Assist with fraud disputes and regulatory training as assigned.
Host tables and participate in SEG events and community activities.
Ensure onboarding experiences and digital tool adoption are smooth and compliant.
