Role Description

The Universal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Collegedale, TN, responsible for delivering comprehensive branch services and support to members. Day-to-day tasks include opening and maintaining accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, handling cash accurately, and assisting members. The role involves providing friendly, informed customer service, answering questions about products and services, and resolving member issues in a timely manner. The Universal Banker will promote appropriate financial solutions, educate members on digital banking tools, and follow all policies and regulatory requirements. This position also collaborates with colleagues to ensure efficient branch operations and a positive member experience.
