Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Minneapolis is seeking a member service specialist to acquire and expand member relationships, assisting with account openings and educating members on financial options. You will provide personalized, professional service and seek opportunities for additional business.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:15pm and every other Saturday 8:45am–1:15pm; role includes notarial services, mortgage referral oversight, and strong focus on meeting sales goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Sales and member service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Ability to open accounts and process service requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
• Educate members on products and cross-sell loans, deposits, and fees.
• Build lasting relationships through engagement, questions, listening, and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups for engagement.
