AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate at the Las Vegas Rainbow Branch. You will deliver outstanding member service, pursue sales opportunities, and quickly learn AAA products while supporting branch goals.

Responsibilities include meeting individual sales targets, working on-site in Las Vegas, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on member satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales.
• Must be able to travel between branch locations and work Saturdays.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to learn multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and product sales to branch customers.
• Meet individual sales targets while providing consultative solutions.
• Learn and apply knowledge of AAA products and branch procedures.
