Job summary

Downtown YMCA is now hiring for a Part-time Member Services Associate, Middays. You’ll be the first face members see and help connect people with YMCA memberships, programs, and services, creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, leading tours, assisting with program registrations and transactions, building relationships, answering questions, and supporting growth and retention through outreach and engagement. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends.
