Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide information about YMCA programs and services.
• Assist members with inquiries and registration.
• Promote membership benefits and programs.
• Conduct membership tours and orientation sessions.
• Process membership applications and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the database.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
