Job summary

KidStrong Alamo Ranch is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to be the first face families meet and to support enrollment through trials and memberships. This role blends front desk duties with member management in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment.

You'll answer phones, help families with class information, attendance updates, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining a clean, welcoming center. Some weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and staff.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and children with a warm, energetic demeanor.
• Answer phones, schedule classes, memberships, trials, camps, and birthdays.
• Assist current members with accounts, attendance, and inquiries.
• Guide prospective families through trial experiences and enrollment.
• Support front desk operations and keep the center organized and welcoming.
• Assist with events, camps, and center initiatives as needed.
