Workout Anytime is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to greet members, answer questions, and promote memberships at our Arlington, TX club. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting daily operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ideal candidates are dependable, comfortable with POS systems, and available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Great entry into the fitness industry with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or fitness preferred.
• Comfortable working with computers, POS systems, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Check in members, verify accounts, and assist with membership questions or updates.
• Explain membership options, provide tours, and close new membership sales with enthusiasm.
• Schedule new members for their initial Success Sessions to launch their fitness journey.
• Provide information about club services, amenities, and promotions.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Maintain the front desk, lobby, and gym floor to cleanliness standards.
• Support sales and marketing efforts, including local outreach and events.
• Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor club access and follow safety procedures.
• Assist team with operations, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.
• Uphold all policies, member privacy, and brand standards.
