Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give tours of the club and sign up new members.
• Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment and front desk area.
