Responsibilities

• Promotes, represents, and welcomes members in a professional manner.
• Handles routine branch duties: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Ensures proper KYC/AML procedures and accurate cash handling.
• Maintains confidentiality and balances cash drawers and cash recyclers.
• Resolves member questions and promotes bank products and services.
• Supports team with accurate records and compliance with policies.
